Standard £340

Up to 3 hours at the event

Discussion to establish the focus of the event, the type of video coverage you need and where the video can be shot from

Filming of your event for up to 3 hours

Finished edit showing the performance or event in real time, shot from 2 or more angles

A ‘best bits’ edit of 3-4 minutes is included in this pricing

High definition edited files are delivered online - private gallery and/or DropBox - from where you can download files.

USB flash drive and DVD delivery are also available - see the Sales Only Option for multiple copies.

Turnaround time for you receiving your finished edits is usually within one week

Up to 6 hours at the event

Same details as the STANDARD package with additional hours

For events and performances needing more than 3 hours of filming

Sales Only

This is for performing companies with a large parent base, dance companies/academies etc, who might want to purchase a video of the performance on USB Flash Drive or DVD.

No fee for filming or editing. Your company receives the edited performance video file and ‘best bits’ showreel

Parents are provided with a password protected link to the secure online sales part of this website, enabling them to order copies of the performance.

Secure payment through Stripe (all credit and debit cards), PayPal and ApplePay.

DVDs and USB Flash Drives are delivered directly to the parents.

Prices are agreed prior to the event. Guide pricing starts at £22 per item plus £4 p&p on each order.

Notes

Audio is recorded on a separate system using high quality microphones and blended in the edit.

A venue needs to be well lit for the best video results, although dramatic theatre lighting is easily accommodated.

The position of the video equipment should be considered and reserved in advance.
